We offer basic linens at no charge, including white, black, or ivory table cloths and color napkins of your choice. Color overlays are available at a cost of $7 per table. Floor length linens are available in ivory and white at a cost of $15 per table. We allow real flame candles. Please no balloons.

Adding a Personal Touch

We encourage you to personalize your event with decorations.  Our professional team members will happily set up all your decorations prior to your event.  This is an extra service we provide at no charge to you.  We simply ask that all decorations be clearly labeled for ease of set up.  Delivery of your decorations must be coordinated with our Events Coordinator will in advance.  

We have a variety of centerpieces, lanterns, decorative vases and glassware, and seasonal decorations available for rental.  Fire regulations prohibit the use of open flame candles as part of the centerpieces on the guest tables.  Open flame candles in glass vases may be used on the mantle for decoration.  Confetti and helium balloons are not permitted in The Adirondack Room, due to the high ceilings, and if they are present during your event, an automatic $75.00 charge will be added to your bill.  

Basic linens are included with the use of The Adirondack Room.   We currently have approximately 20 colors of napkins and 10 colors of table linens to choose from.  Your head table can be decorated in a contrasting linen color to set it apart for the other table designs.  Special linens such as color overlays and floor length tablecloths are available for rental; colors and charges vary.  Our Events Coordinator will assist you with your selections.
