The banquet bar, situated in The Adirondack Room, offers a full selection of beer, wine and liquors. Please let us know if there is something special you would like stocked for your event. We will do our best to accommodate your request; a small fee may be applicable for specialty items. Options for an Open Bar or Limited Open Bar are available and charged on a consumption basis.

Carafes of Mimosa are available at the Mimosa station. Before each table is called to the lunch / brunch buffet, they visit the Mimosa station. Their Mimosa Carafe is waiting for them at their table as they return from the buffet.
