The Adirondack Room can accommodate wedding receptions up to 170 people with additional seating, depending on the season, of up to 50 people in the outside covered patio that is attached to the room. Wedding receptions are generally 6 hours in duration.
The menu price includes use of the room, set-up of the room including your decorations, basic linens and napkins, your meal, and clean-up of the room including delivery of your decorations to the vehicle of your choice. Upon your guest arrival, beverages through The Adirondack Room private bar and hors d’oeuvres will be available. Dinner service will follow and then the dancing.
The time schedule and flow of your reception can be tailored to your specific needs.
Your ceremony can take place in The Adirondack Room. Our team will greet your guests, encourage them to sign your guest book and assist them in locating their seats.
The fee for the extra hour and service provided is $150.00 ++.
Once you have selected and confirmed your date, along with the start and ending times of your reception, a contract will be sent to you to secure your booking. Upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit, which goes towards your final purchases, along with a signed copy of the contract, The Adirondack Room will be reserved for your wedding reception.
The deposit amount for Fridays and Saturdays is $1,000 with all other days of the week requiring only a $500 deposit.
Your Wedding Reception details including menu selection should be completed at least 3 months in advance of your date. A detailed contract will be generated confirming the arrangements.
The Final Meeting will be scheduled 10 days prior to your reception. Your guarantee numbers, including entrée selections, and final payment are due at that time.
We wanted a rustic themed wedding and the Adirondack Room was perfect. From beginning to end the staff were great, they took care of everything including setup and take down. The food was delicious and everything was reasonably priced. Everyone had a fantastic time!
